===== The name "Montbrillant" =====
The name "Montbrillant" derives from the //Rue Mont Brilliant//, a street in the watchmaker town of [[La Chaux-de-Fonds]], where [[Léon Breitling]] opened his watch factory in [[1892]] after relocating from [[Saint-Imier]].

The [[pilot's chronograph]] **Montbrillant** by Breitling is a [[chronograph]] from the [[Navitimer]] series with classic appeal. Current models of this series are [[chronometer]]-certified. As a dial emblem it bears, unlike most other Breitling models, not the winged "B", but a curved logo with the brand name in the style of the 1940s or 1950s.
