**Heinrich Moser** was a Swiss watchmaker, entrepreneur and art collector. 

He was born on December 12 [[1805]] in [[Schaffhausen]]. He founded [[1828]] in St. Petersburg the watch trading company [[h._moser_cie|H. Moser & Co.]] and [[1829]] in [[Le Locle]] a watch factory. [[1868]] he assisted [[Florentine Ariosto Jones]] in founding the International Watch Company ([[IWC]]) by providing space and motive power.
