The Amtorg Trading Corporation, a Russian organization, orders to buy up all the machines and parts of the North American Dueber-Hampdon Watch Co. and to transport them to Russia, where they are used to build an own Russian watch industry.
The watch manufacturer Minerva is created by renaming “Robert Villeret Frères” to “Minerva SA, Villeret”.
