**Richard Lange "Reference Watch"** (Referenzuhr) is a wristwatch by [[A. Lange & Söhne]].

The model family of the [[A. Lange & Söhne Richard Lange|Richard Lange]] was complemented by the limited edition of this "Reference Watch" at the beginning of [[2010]]. It is equipped with a [[power reserve]] indication and a ZERO-RESTART function for short-term measurements Pressing the [[pusher]] the seconds hand is synchronized with a reference watch as it passes over the position "Sixty" or "zero". A vertical disc clutch ensures that the measurement of time is not interrupted at the [[hacking seconds]] and the movement continues to run unhindered. Once the pusher is released, the seconds hand moves on instantaneously.

The watch is only available in 18 ct [[red gold]] or [[platinum]]; the limitation is 50 pieces in platinum and 75 pieces in red gold. Each case is carefully processed manually and polished and bears a engraved serial number.
