**Benedom** was a [[holding company]] for [[Favre-Leuba]] and [[Dior]] in the 1980s.

Benedom acquired the [[Favre-Leuba]] brand from [[SAPHIR Group]] around [[1978]]. It later acquired the license to produce watches under the [[Dior]] and [[Céline]] brands.

On June 30, [[1995]], [[Dior]] purchased Benedom from the Baccardi-Martini Group to become part of [[LVMH]].
