====== Case ======
The **case** is the main body of a watch.

Most watches are made up of many components, with the body primarily consisting of the [[bezel]], [[case]], [[lug]]s, and [[case back]]. Some or all of these components can be integrated into a single unit.

Watch cases have traditionally been manufactured by specialist companies separate from other visible components, though many of these have been integrated vertically today.
