Ebauches Bettlach SA was split fro watch maker [[Ed. Kummer]] of [[Bettlach]] in [[1932]]. It was a maker of [[Roskopf movement]]s and [[pin-lever movement]]s. By [[1967]], Bettlach produced over 7 million movements per year.

There were 22 different models produced at that time, with 1 to 17 jewels. Most used interchangeable components.

Bettlach was the only company within Ebauches SA to produce Roskopf movements.
