Twenty years after the introduction of the legendary line 1911 with its distinctive hexagonal case the "Architects of Time" presented in October [[2006]] the revised Ebel men's collection [[Ebel 1911 BTR|1911 BTR]], a contemporary, purely mechanical and especially masculine watch series which draws attention to itself by a diameter extended to 44.5 mm and a larger [[bezel]]. The new version combines aesthetics and functionality a seamless transition between case and bracelet, the distinctive pushers with their notched caps in [[polished]]/[[satin-finished]] [[stainless steel]] and the characteristic [[screw-in crown]]. All watches of the series are equipped with exclusive, [[COSC]]-certified mechanical Ebel [[calibre]]s developed, assembled and controlled in the Swiss studios of Ebel.
