Linear decoration of a watch [[movement]] ([[plate]] or [[bridge]]s), a speciality of the [[Glashütte]] watchmaking tradition. The decoration is produced by a rotating grinding wheel that is slightly inclined and moved along the surface of the workpiece in parallel lines.
