**Greubel Forsey Invention Piece 2** is a luxury wristwatch by [[Greubel Forsey]].

To do full justice to the fundamental inventions validated through the Experimental Watch Technology platform, Greubel Forsey has developed creative interpretations that are supplementary to the original timepieces these are the Invention Piece (IP). In [[2007]] IP1 celebrated the [[Greubel Forsey Double Tourbillon 30°|Double Tourbillon 30°]] and in [[2009]] IP3 paid homage to the [[Greubel Forsey Tourbillon 24 Secondes|Tourbillon 24 Secondes]]. Now the [[Greubel Forsey Quadruple Tourbillon|Quadruple Tourbillon]] is similarly honoured, with IP2 focusing on its innovative mechanism through a completely new technical architecture. IP2 is offered in a unique edition of 11 pieces in platinum and 11 pieces in 5N red gold.

The IP2 was presented at the [[SIHH]] 2011 and was awarded at the [[Geneva Watchmaking Grand Prix]] in 2012 the prize for the best [[complication]].
