====== Hessian Watchmaking School ======
The **Hessian Watchmaking School** (Hessische Uhrmacherschule) in Frankfurt/M. was founded in [[1951]] by Karl Geitz as "Country Specialist Class" (Landesfachklasse) of watchmakers at the Heinrich-Kleyer School. [[2004]] came the move to the open-air museum Hessenpark in Neu-Anspach. In addition to technical and theoretical training of master watchmakers also seminars for interested amateurs and watch enthusiasts are offered by the school since [[1999]].
