The **HUB1280 caliber**, also known as **Unico 2**, is an in-house [[automatic]] caliber from [[Hublot]]. 

The caliber is a [[flyback]] [[chronograph]] movement with a [[column wheel]]. It was introduced in [[2018]] as the successor to the first Unico ([[HUB1240]]). 

Unlike the modular design of its predecessor, the chronograph mechanism of the HUB1280 is fully integrated into the mainplate. A unique feature of this movement is the view of the column wheel from the dial side.

It is 6.75 mm high and 30 mm in diameter, making it 1.3 mm thinner than its predecessor and allowing it to be housed in 42-mm cases.

It offers a 72-hour power reserve at a frequency of 4 Hz and consists of 354 components with 43 jewels.
