====== IWC 85 ======
Calibre **IWC 85** is the second [[automatic]] watch movement produced by [[IWC]].

Shortly after the introduction of their first automatic movement in [[1950]], IWC launched an automatic movement with [[central seconds]], Cal. 85. It was replaced just two years later with [[IWC 852|Cal. 852]].

Like the previous [[IWC 81]] movement, Cal. 85 features the patented [[Pellaton]] winding system.
