**Pilot's Watches for Father and Son** is a set of [[pilot's watch]]es by [[IWC]].

Unusual combination of a large and a small pilot's watches model, especially suitable as a family piece and gift. According to IWC CEO Georges Kern, this is a suggestion of his son. This had always complained that he had no IWC. Kern made it the idea to connect father and son as partners by possessing a pairwise conceived watch creation.

Behind the father model hides the legendary [[IWC Big Pilot's Watch|Big Pilot's Watch]] by IWC with the [[manufacture]] calibre 51111; the case is made of the valuable material [[platinum]]. The smaller edition for the son technically corresponds to the 39 mm [[pilot's watch]] [[IWC Mark XVI|Mark XVI]] with its stainless steel case and the [[self-winding]] movement Cal. 30110.

The inner circle of the casebacks of both watches is reserved for name engraving.

Father & Son models were produced from [[2006]] through [[2013]] with a brown strap. A black strap option was also offered the first year.
