The Grande Reverso Lady Ultra Thin Duetto Duo is a decorated ladies ([[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Duetto|Duetto]]) model featuring the ability to display the time in [[two time zones]] at once ([[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Duoface|Duo]]). First offered for sale in [[2013]], the Duetto Duo is part of the [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Lady Ultra Thin|Grande Reverso Lady Ultra Thin]] line. The case measures 40 mm tall by 24 mm wide like other models in this range but is 8.9 mm thick due to the [[JLC 864|Cal. 864A]] [[hand winding]] movement.

The Grande Reverso Lady Ultra Thin Duetto Duo was produced in both stainless steel (Ref. Q3308421) and 18 karat pink gold (Ref. Q3302421).

The entire Reverso line was revised in [[2016]] and the Grande Reverso Lady Ultra Thin line was replaced by the [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Medium Duetto|Reverso Medium Duetto]] and [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso One 328|Reverso One]], [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso One Duetto|Reverso One Duetto]], and [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso One Duetto Moon|Reverso One Duetto Moon]], though there is not yet a dual timezone "Duo" model as of 2019.
