The **Reverso Quantième Calendrier Perpétuel** was a limited-edition luxury [[perpetual calendar]] watch by [[Jaeger-LeCoultre]] introduced in [[2000]]. It was part of the [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso|Reverso]] family's [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Complications|Reverso Complications]] series, and the first Reverso with this complication.

In [[1991]], Jaeger-LeCoultre re-established itself as a high-end watchmaker, adding a [[complication]] to the iconic [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso|Reverso]] range as a signature piece. The resulting [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso 60eme|Reverso 60eme]] showed what could be done in the tiny reversible Reverso case, adding a [[power reserve indicator]] and [[date by pointer]] to a larger "[[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Grande Taille|Grande Taille]]" case with a [[display caseback]]. These elements were taken to a new level with the [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tourbillon|Reverso Tourbillon]], [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Répétition Minutes|Reverso Répétition Minutes]], and [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Chronographe Rétrograde|Reverso Chronographe Rétrograde]], and [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Géographique|Reverso Géographique]] that followed.

The [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Date|Reverso Date]] model, introduced in [[1998]], added the familiar [[calendar]] complication to the Reverso range. So it was natural that Jaeger-LeCoultre would take on the challenge of a [[perpetual calendar]] for the Complications series. The Reverso Quantième Calendrier Perpétuel appeared in [[2000]] and adds a perpetual calendar movement to the compact Reverso case.

The front dial displays the time with [[small seconds]] as well as a [[day/night indicator]] at 1 00. The dial is [[guilloche]], as typical of Reverso models, with Arabic numerals for 3, 4, and 8-11 with the "JL" anchor logo at 12 00. Below the seconds subdial is a leap year indicator, suggesting the unique complication within. The back dial shows the calendar with a central retrograde hand for the date and a central [[moon phase indicator]] with numbering from 0 to 29 1/2. Below are two subdials Month (with alternating French abbreviations) and day (also in abbreviated French). Correctors inset at all four corners allow the calendar to be adjusted.

Once again a limited edition of 500, the Quantième Calendrier Perpétuel features a pink gold case in the [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Grande Taille|Grande Taille]] size, 42 mm tall by 26 mm wide. The movement, [[JLC 855|Cal. 855]], was only used in this model.

Like the rest of the [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Complications|Reverso Complications]] models, this watch is a forerunner of the [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Hybris Mechanica|Hybris Mechanica]] line thanks to its custom [[complicated]] movement. It was the final of six [[rose gold]] limited-edition complicated Reverso models, with the next offering being the [[Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Platinum Number One|Reverso Platinum Number One]].
