====== JLC 877 ====== **Calibre 877** is a watch movement from Jaeger-LeCoultre in the "Eight Days" family. Like all of Jaeger-LeCoultre's "8 Days" movements, Calibre 877 uses dual barrels to power the movement for eight days. Unlike the Jaeger-LeCoultre Duomètre, however, these barrels are integrated into a single power source rather than being split among various complications. It is a hand-winding movement made up of 217 pieces. Calibre 877 runs at 28,800 vph and has 25 jewels. Calibre 877 was introduced in 2003 to replace the venerable Calibre 124, which dated to 1931. Development was started in 1997 with the release six years later coinciding with the 200th birthday of Charles Antoine LeCoultre. It spawned Calibre 876 a year later, which added a perpetual calendar module. Although Calibre 876 has continued in production, Calibre 877 was discontinued. ===== Applications ===== Calibre 877 was used in the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control 8 Jours Reserve de Marche. It was also used, in a 33 jewel version, by Officine Panerai for their Panerai Radiomir 8 Days. Calibre 877HG lacked the power reserve indicator and was used in special-edition Jaeger-LeCoultre Eight Days models. **Manufacturer:** * Jaeger-LeCoultre **Description:** * Hand-winding movement * 217 components **Functions:** * Hour, minute hands * Day/Night indicator at 1 30 * Small seconds at 5 00 * Date at 7 00 * Power reserve indicator at 10 00 **Data:** * H 5.3 mm * 25 jewels * 28,800 A/h * Power reserve 8 Days **Production period:** * 2003-
