=== The problem of nickel allergy ===

If you want to be completely sure with regard to nickel sensitivity, you should prefer watch cases and bracelets made from the skin-friendly materials [[titanium]], [[ceramic]], [[gold]], [[palladium]] [[platinum]] or [[tantalum]].

Food with a high nickel content are Strawberries, peas, bran and untreated rice, but also food from cans.
