On the occasion of the Olympic Games [[2008]] Omega launched the series // Olympic Timeless Collection //. The watches recall the first Omega [[chronograph]]s, which in [[1932]] had been used at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles for measuring time, when Omega was first in charge of the official timing. The new chronographs bear the Omega lettering customary with the early models and also the Omega logo in red.
