**Panerai Luminor Power Reserve 44mm** is a [[dive watch]] by [[Panerai]].

This advanced edition of a dive watch model by [[Panerai]] from the year [[1998]] is available from July [[2009]] on.

The black case, measuring 44 mm in diameter, is waterproof up to 300 meters. Like the bezel and the crown protecting bridge it is finished with the high-tech [[DLC]] (Diamond-Like Carbon) procedure. Here, the stainless steel surface is vaporized with carbon, so that a diamond-like carbon structure is placed on the metal and clings firmly to it. Thanks to this ultra-thin coating, the surface is harder than steel and is extremely scratch resistant and erosion resistant.

The watch is driven by the [[self-winding]] calibre [[Soprod 9040]] with [[power reserve indicator]] and [[COSC]] [[chronometer]] certificate. It is available in a limited edition of 1000 numbered pieces. It has a leather bracelet with [[DLC]]-coated buckle. Included is also a natural rubber strap and a small steel screwdriver to easily replace the straps.
