The **Kalpa XL Hebdomadaire Squelette** is a wristwatch by [[Parmigiani]].

The Kalpa XL Hebdomadaire Squelette was created for the 30th anniversary of Michel Parmigiani's watchmaking activity and with its exclusive [[skeletonization]] art testifies the high level of craftsmanship of the [[manufacture]] [[Parmigiani]] Fleurier.

The mechanical movement [[Parmigiani Fleurier PF110|Calibre PF 110]] with [[manual winding]] and a power reserve of [[8 days|eight days]] is the first [[movement]] entirely produced in the [[manufacture]] in Fleurier and makes history in the development of the brand. The famous [[form movement]] was used for aesthetic qualities and mechanical reliability for this model and represents the constant endeavor of Parmigiani Fleurier to offer the eye the noblest and most valuable of the watchmaking tradition.

Surrounded by the [[gear train]], the delicate mechanism can be seen. The skeleton movement embodied in concrete and vivid way the highest watchmaking that Michel Parmigiani has maintained since 30 years, when he pays special attention to the execution and completion of the finest ornaments on each watch part. To give the anniversary model a special touch, the whole movement is made of 18ct gold.

The fully [[skeletonized]] movement Calibre PF 110 is called Calibre PF 118. All [[bridge]]s are hand-engraved and the edges manually [[angled]]. Each movement part is also [[angled]] and the mat surfaces are grinded laterally. The covers are polished, the locking screws polished and [[angled]]. Also, the [[double barrel]] and several wheels are [[skeletonized]] and give the movement more depth.

The transparent sapphire dial, on which are printed only in black color the time zone, the power reserve and the [[small second]], allows a good view of the fascinating interior design.

The anniversary model Kalpa XL Hebdomadaire is produced in a limited series of 30 pieces and stands out by a case in solid palladium 950, whose extremely difficult production was developed first worldwide exactly one year ago in the [[manufacture]].

Each model is fitted with a havana brown alligator leather strap by Hermès.
