The **Aquanaut Ref. 5165** is a sports watch from [[Patek Philippe]].

Successor of the first Aquanaut model [[Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5065|Ref. 5065]] from [[1997]]. It was presented in [[2007]] as a celebration of the Aquanaut’s 10 year anniversary, together with the [[Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5167|Ref. 5167]], which had a larger case size.

The watch had the later dial, but retained the early case size of 38 mm, popular with collectors. The watch was only made for a few years and is therefore highly sought after.
