In [[2015]] the **Calatrava Pilot Travel Time, Ref. 5524** was the first [[complication|complicated]] model in the [[Patek Philippe Calatrava|Calatrava family]] from [[Patek Philippe]].

Ref. 5524 is an outlier in the current Calatrava lineup It is larger (42 mm), more complicated (with extra pushers at 8 and 10), and the only [[pilot's watch]] in the family. However, the company noted during the [[2015]] [[Baselworld]] introduction of the model, that there had been Calatrava pilot's watches in the 1930's with a similar look.
