After a preparatory phase of three years Richard Mille introduced its first luxury watch in [[2001]] with this model. The watch has a [[minute tourbillon]], a [[retrograde]] power reserve, and a [[torque]] indicator.

At an auction of the auction house Christie's on May 12, [[2007]] in // Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues //, [[Geneva]], one copy estimated for 90.000 to 130.000 Swiss francs achieved the surprisingly high sum total of 220,000 CHF.
