====== Rolex 3255 ======
The **Rolex 3255** is the current [[Rolex Day-Date|Day-Date]] movement from [[Rolex]].

Introduced in [[2015]], Cal. 3255 is the seventh-generation [[Rolex Day-Date|Day-Date]] movement. It introduces the [[anti-magnetic]] [[Chronergy]] [[escapement]] to the Day-Date line and includes the [[Parachrom blue]] [[hairspring]]. Power reserve is increased to 70 hours from a single barrel.

Cal. 3255 is an [[automatic]] movement running at 28,800 A/h and a certified [[chronometer]].

Cal. 3255 is used in the [[Rolex Day-Date 40]], Ref. 228000.

Sister company [[Tudor]]'s [[MT5621|Cal. MT5621]] is very similar and was introduced the same year.
