**Rolex Sea-Dweller 4000**

The Sea-Dweller is a further development of the (still produced) predecessor [[Rolex Submariner]] and is aimed at professional diving at great depths. This is enabled by a [[water resistance]] to a depth of 1,220 meters. (= 4000 ft., hence the name)

In the current version, the [[Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Sea-Dweller Deepsea|Sea-Dweller Deepsea]], which had been presented at the [[Baselworld]] [[2008]], it is even [[waterproof]] up to a depth of 3,900 meters.
