**Schwarz Etienne** is a Swiss watch manufacturer.

===== History =====
Paul Arthur Schwarz founded this company in [[1902]]. He married Olga Etienne. This resulted in the company name //Schwarz-Etienne//. Exclusive mechanical watches of the highest quality were produced in limited editions.

In [[1992]] Schwarz-Etienne became **Schwarz Etienne**, with a new logo and a rich program of new models and [[complication]]s, including a [[flyback]] [[chronograph]] as the flagship of the collection.

In [[2003]] the watch manufacturer //C. Wilhelm & Cie SA// from [[La Chaux-de-Fonds]] took over the brand. The model range was completely restructured.
