A [[slide rule bezel]] is a rarer form of a [[turning bezel|turnable bezel]]. It is typical for many models by [[Breitling]], eg the widely known model [[Breitling Navitimer]].

Here, the bezel has a logarithmic scale. If the turning ring is displaced relative to the fixed part, arithmetic operations such as multiplication or division are possible (addition means multiplkation, subtraction means division, see: [[http://www.rechenwerkzeug.de/logrech.htm|explanation with examples]]).
