In contrast to the predecessor model [[TAG Heuer Monaco|Monaco]] the case of this [[2009]] presented re-edition has been extended from 38 to 39 mm. In addition, the watch no longer has a [[plexiglass]], but has a scratch resistant [[sapphire crystal]] with [[anti-glare treatment]] on both sides. As a further improvement the [[sapphire crystal]] caseback and the significant increase in the [[waterproof|water resistance]] up to 100 m depth has to be mentioned.

The watch is also available in a version with a subtle black dial.

The reissue uses TAG Heuer's "tribute" [[TAG Heuer Calibre 12|Calibre 12]] movement, not the original [[Chronomatic]] Calibre 12.
