**Tudor** is a Swiss watch brand and subsidiary to [[Rolex]].

Tudor is a subsidiary of [[Rolex]], whose watches are located in their price range below the Rolex models. Most Tudor models are equipped with [[ETA]] calibres, though the company has recently developed [[Tudor calibres|a range]] of [[in-house]] movements as well. But they also have a remarkable quality. Recently, Tudor has, in terms of watch design, developed to a slightly more progressive brand than [[Rolex]].

[[As of 2019]], Tudor has entered the ranks of the most-awarded watch manufacturers, claiming 5 prizes to date at the [[Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève]]. This puts Tudor even with well-known manufactures like [[Jaeger-LeCoultre]] and [[Girard-Perregaux]] at that award.
