**Walter Vogt** was a Swiss watchmaker.

In [[1912]] the 29-year-old watchmaker Walter Vogt founded, together with Alfred Rüefli, in [[Grenchen]] the so-called //Kollektivgesellschaft Vogt and Rüefli zur Fabrikation von Uhren// (General partnership Vogt and Rüefli for the manufacturing of watches), which later became the famous watch company [[Fortis]].
