**Aviator Elapse Time Quantième** is a wristwatch with alarm function by [[Vulcain]].

Released in the year [[2004]], the model **Cricket Aviator Elapse Time** opened the legendary alarm movement with [[manual winding]] and two [[barrel]]s new horizons, which are influenced by technology and sportiness. The racy, powerful watch is equipped with new crowns with function symbols which give the youngest member of the Montres Vulcain more profile.

Deliverable in a [[stainless steel]] case with [[satin-finished]] [[polished]] surface and reinforced sports leather, steel or alligator leather strap, the new collection offers a new aesthetic appearance. The expressive design of the great classics, as developed in the 1950s by Vulcain, reinforced by powerful black or silvered dials, is now complemented by the fact that the two crowns and the [[pusher]] are marked with function symbols and the logo of the brand.

The heart is of course the calibre Vulcain Cricket, here in a more advanced version. The Aviator Elapse Time provides as additional function a date display with window at 6 o'clock.

This development of the legendary Cricket alarm watch movement opens the brand Vulcain new ways. It should be recalled that the mechanical alarm caliber Cricket with [[manual winding]] became known worldwide in no time when it was published in 1947. Matured in more than half of a century, it has gained in driving force and functional diversity.

Thanks to the new calibre this watchmaking creation displays hours, minutes, seconds, alarm, date and the rotatable inner [[bezel]] "elapse time". This carries a 60 minutes scale and is adjusted via the crown at 4 o'clock. The model is equipped with a case of 42 mm diameter. With its double caseback it acts as a resonance chamber for the alarm and ensures a [[water resistance]] up to 10 atm. Optional black dial with Arabic numerals in Superluminova or silvered dial with superimposed numerals. Alligator strap, reinforced sports leather strap or [[stainless steel]] bracelet.
