====== Zenith 420 ======
Calibre **420** is a [[hand-wound]] [[chronograph]] movement from [[Zenith]]. Released in the 1990's, this was the first hand-wound version of the classic [[Zenith El Primero movements|El Primero movement]].

===== Overview =====
As the El Primero renaissance continued in the 1990's, Zenith modified the movement to remove the [[automatic chronograph|innovative automatic winding mechanism]]. The resulting Cal. 420 is in other ways similar to the contemporary [[Zenith 400B|Cal. 400]], with a three-register chronograph counter setup and quickset date.
