Gaston Breitling was a Swiss watch producer.

He was the son of Léon Breitling, founder of the watch company Breitling. He is credited with the invention of the first bracelet chronographs, which is dated to the year 1915.

Gaston Breitling died on 30 July 1927. From 1932 his son Willy took over the company's succession.
