The Grand Complications 5322G-010 is a wristwatch by Patek Philippe.

It was unveiled in 2026 at the Watches & Wonders fair in Geneva. It marks a technical first as the only water-resistant alarm watch in the manufacturer’s lineup. The model combines classic Calatrava aesthetics with a highly complex 24-hour alarm function.

The 24-hour alarm is protected by four patents. Its alarm time can be set digitally in 15-minute increments. The alarm sounds via a classic gong struck by a single hammer.

Additional features include a date display via a hand at 6 o’clock, as well as indicators for the alarm status (on/off) and the day/night phase.
