Walter Vogt was a Swiss watchmaker.

In 1912 the 29-year-old watchmaker Walter Vogt founded, together with Alfred Rüefli, in Grenchen the so-called Kollektivgesellschaft Vogt and Rüefli zur Fabrikation von Uhren (General partnership Vogt and Rüefli for the manufacturing of watches), which later became the famous watch company Fortis.
