The Reverso Gran'Sport Duetto is a GMT Reverso watch in the Gran'Sport line from Jaeger-LeCoultre produced from 2002 through 2005.

The Reverso Gran'Sport Duetto is a decorated ladies (Reverso Duetto) model featuring two dials displaying two time zones each side. First offered for sale in 2002, the Gran'Sport Duetto was a late addition to the lineup. It was quickly cancelled, no longer listed after 2005. The replacement Reverso Squadra Lady Duetto did not arrive for four years.

The Reverso Gran'Sport Duetto case measures 38.7 mm tall by 24.85 mm wide, and is 10.8 mm thick. It uses the hand winding Cal. 864 movement, which includes a pass-through pinion to show two different time zones on each side, adjustable using an inset corrector at 2:00. The front dial shows time with a round small seconds subdial and a power reserve indicator from 11 to 1 inside the hour track on the dial. The rear dial shows "away" time with hour and minutes hands and has a semi-circular decorated day/night indicator at 6:00. The rear case is decorated with a line of diamonds above and below the dial.

The Reverso Gran'Sport Duetto was produced in stainless steel, 18 karat yellow gold, and a special white gold "Kingyo" version with 144 diamonds.
