The Bi-Axial Tourbillon “Vulcania” is a luxury watch by HD3 Complication.
This is the second watch designed by Fabrice Gonet, longtime employee and now a partner of Jörg Hysek, and presented in 2007 a tourbillon in platinum case. Here, the designer was inspired by Jules Verne and the design had associations of a time machine and the mysterious submarine “Nautilus”.
The bi-axial tourbillon was made in collaboration with BNB. The technical development and design took more than 2,000 hours of work to complete. Only a maximum of 11 pieces were made.
