The AMVOX1 Alarm originated from a collaboration between Jaeger-LeCoultre and the automaker Aston Martin.

The AMVOX1 Alarm was the first of the AMVOX series and was introduced in 2004 and went on sale the following year. It is inspired by the style of the cars and has an alarm function in the tradition of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox. The design of the AMVOX1 Alarm is reminiscent of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Deep Sea, Polaris, and other historic Memovox watches. Like the Polaris, it has an internal rotating bezel operated with a third crown at 3 00. It is the most tractional-looking model in the AMVOX series, and lacks the Aston Martin name or logo on the dial.

AMVOX1 models came in two case sizes. The 42 mm AMVOX1 Alarm in steel and titanium uses case number 190.x.97 while the larger AMVOX1 R-Alarm in titanium or platinum uses case number 191.x.97.

The steel AMVOX1 came in two versions (case 190.8.97), both with the same head but with different bands

In addition to the limited but unnumbered stainless steel version, three special editions were produced

• AMVOX1 Alarm Titanium (190.T.97/190.T.440) - 42 mm. Limited edition of 1000 in titanium with a ruthenium dial element and Bridge of Weir strap matching the leather used in Aston Martin cars
• AMVOX1 R-Alarm (191.T.97/191.T.440) - 44 mm. Limited edition of 500 in titanium with an Aston Martin green dial, yellow alarm time markings, and carbon fiber-look strap
• AMVOX1 R-Alarm Platinum (191.6.97/191.6.410) - 44 mm. Limited edition of 150 in platinum with a black dial and yellow alarm time markings
