The Chronograph Perpetual Calendar Ref. 5270 is a chronograph watch by Patek Philippe.

The chronograph function is combined with a perpetual calendar.

The CH 29-535 PS manufacture caliber is distinguished by its architecture protected by six patented innovations, including optimized toothing profile, precision adjustment of engagement depth and self-regulating zero-resetting hammers.

This model is available with a yellow or rose gold case or a platinum case. Also a special luxury version decorated with baguette diamonds is available: the Ref. 5271P.
