Minute Repeater Split-Seconds Chronograph Perpetual Calendar 5308 is a luxury wristwatch by Patek Philippe.

Combining a minute-repeater, split-seconds chronograph and instantaneous perpetual calendar, this self-winding Quadruple Complication features several innovations, two of which are patented.

The instantaneous perpetual calendar ensures that the disks pass in 30 milliseconds over the three day-date-month apertures arranged along an arc.
