Personal information is only registrated to the extent necessary for technical functioning. In no case these data are sold or delivered to third parties because of other reasons.

Responsibility

Responsible body in terms of data protection laws is the website operator: Lothar Reschke. Contact details: see Impressum.

  • Browser type and version
  • Used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • IP-Adress
  • Date and time of the request.

Storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data is used to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. It is impossible to associate this data with special persons. A conflation of this data with other data sources does not happen. The data is deleted in regular intervals by the provider.

SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption techniques (such as SSL) over HTTPS.

Cookies

When users access the site, one or more cookies are stored on their computer. A cookie is a small file that contains a specific string and uniquely identifies your browser. With the help of cookies, the provider improves the comfort and quality of his service, for example by saving user settings. Cookies do not harm users' computers and contain no viruses.

The following cookies can be used on our websites

This is a purely technical cookie that is generated by our provider only for the respective session and contains no personal information or data, but only the domain you are on and the ID of the session for internal use.

Google Marketing Services

Based on our legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) we use the marketing and remarketing services (hereinafter referred to as “Google Marketing Services”) of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 949043, USA (hereafter “Google”).

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement, which provides a guarantee to comply with European privacy legislation (www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).

Google Marketing Services allows us to better target advertisements for and on our website so that we only present to advertisers ads that are potentially in their interests. If e.g. a user is shown ads for products for which he has been interested in other websites, this is called “Remarketing”. For these purposes, when Google and Google Marketing Services access our and other websites that are active, Google will immediately execute Google code and so-called (re)marketing tags (invisible graphics or code, also known as “web beacons”) are integrated into the website. With their help, the user is provided with an individual cookie, i.e. a small file is saved (instead of cookies, comparable technologies can also be used). The cookies can be set by different domains, including google.com, doubleclick.net, invitemedia.com, admeld.com, googlesyndication.com or googleadservices.com. In this file is noted which websites the user has visited, for what content he is interested and what offers he has clicked, as well as technical information on the browser and operating system, referring websites, visit time and other information on the use of the online offer. The IP address of the users is also recorded, whereby in the context of Google Analytics we announce that the IP address is shortened within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and only in exceptional cases transmitted completely to a server and shortened by Google in the US. The IP address will not be merged with data of the user within other offers from Google. The above information may also be linked by Google with such information from other sources. If the user then visits other websites, they can be displayed according to his interests and the ads tailored to him.

The data of the users are pseudonymously processed in the context of the Google marketing services. This means, for example, that Google does not store and process users' names or e-mail addresses, but processes the relevant data in a cookie-related manner within pseudonymous user profiles. That is, from the perspective of Google, the ads are not managed and displayed to a specifically identified person, but to the cookie owner, regardless of who that cookie owner is. This does not apply if a user has explicitly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymization. The data collected about the users by Google Marketing Services is transmitted to Google and stored on Google servers in the United States.

We can embed third-party ads based on the Google Marketing “DoubleClick” service. DoubleClick uses cookies that enable Google and its affiliate websites to serve ads based on users' visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.

Google Adsense

We may incorporate third-party ads based on the Google Marketing Services “AdSense”. AdSense uses cookies that enable Google and its affiliate websites to serve ads based on users' visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.

Google Fonts

In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (www.google.com/webfonts) on our website. Google Web Fonts are hosted locally, so no connection to a Google server is required and no personal data is transmitted. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts, content is displayed in a standard font.

Upon expiration of the deadline, such data will be routinely deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed and/or if we have no legitimate interest in the re-storage.

E-mail adresses

The carrier does not pass on e-mail adresses. If someone has lost his password of access he can request a new one.

Other users who have registered with an e-mail adress can send you e-mails via the wiki system, but the recipient does not learn the sender's e-mail adress.

We advise you not to publish your e-mail adress on your user page because adress collectors can misuse it for spam purposes.
