Schwarz Etienne is a Swiss watch manufacturer.

Paul Arthur Schwarz founded this company in 1902. He married Olga Etienne. This resulted in the company name Schwarz-Etienne. Exclusive mechanical watches of the highest quality were produced in limited editions.

In 1992 Schwarz-Etienne became Schwarz Etienne, with a new logo and a rich program of new models and complications, including a flyback chronograph as the flagship of the collection.

In 2003 the watch manufacturer C. Wilhelm & Cie SA from La Chaux-de-Fonds took over the brand. The model range was completely restructured.
