Swiss watch company Enicar produced their own watch movements with the AR prefix from about 1920 to about 1970.

Enicar founder Ariste Racine began constructing watch movements around 1920.

As the quartz crisis and consolidation of the Swiss watch industry loomed in 1970, Enicar ceased producing in-house movements. Instead, future Enicar models would use movements by companies like ETA/Valjoux, Adolphe Schild, and Felsa.
