The El Primero Chronomaster 1969 is a wristwatch by Zenith.
In 2012 Zenith presented this version of the popular chronograph model El Primero Chronomaster with the legendary El Primero movement.
In addition to the historic colors of the first chronograph here for the first time the brand-typical dial opening over the heart of the movement is featured. The two chronograph counters, one for 30 minutes at 3 h, one for 12 hours at 6 h, show the same colors as the original model by 1969 night blue and anthracite. The watchmakers at Zenith have reconsidered the construction of the manufacture chronograph movement El Primero 4061 and moved the oscillation element with its ten semi-oscillations per second to the fringe of the movement.
The watch has a stainless steel casing of 42 mm diameter with rounded pushers in vintage style. It is waterproof up to 100 meters / 10 ATM and equipped with a strap made of black alligator leather and a stainless steel clasp.
