JeanRichard Paramount Time Square

Paramount Time Square is a wristwatch by JeanRichard.

Rectangle sporty and elegant model from Jean Richard that is equipped with the manufacture movement JR 1100, a modification of the base movement JR 1000. The hours hand moves between three points (red, blue and black) on a square rail and rotates around itself. This surprisingly running track that works according to the principle of hypocycloids is made possible by the interplay of a hands setting wheel transmission and a planetary gear.

Movement:

  • Self-winding manufacture movement JR 1100 (basis JR 1000), 28.800 A/h
  • “Quadratic hour” basing on a hands setting wheel transmission and a planetary gear
  • Power reserve min. 48 hours

Case:

Functions:

  • Quadratic hour, hours, minutes, seconds, date

Dial:

  • Black mat lacquered
  • Four galvanised, black shining angle appliqués
  • Dial with movement-sided opening
  • Hour hand with three points (red, blue and black)
