The Perpetual Calendar Split-Seconds Monopusher Chronograph 5372 is a luxury watch by Patek Philippe.

The Patek Philippe Ref. 5372 is a Grand Complications wristwatch introduced in 2017 that combines a perpetual calendar with a split-seconds monopusher chronograph.

It is available in two primary references: the 5372P-001 with a blue sunburst dial and the 5372P-010 with a rose gold dial.
