1911 Tekton Chronograph is a chronograph by Ebel.
On the occasion of the Baselworld 2008 Ebel presented this racy and at the same time very elegant sports chronograph. The unusual arrangement of the totalisers of Ebel chrono calibre 139 not only looks good but it also facilitates the reading of the stop time.
The unusual, three-dimensional design of the dial with its various sub-segments deserves a more detailed explanation
- * A 3-arm hand sweeps the main scale in the middle and displays the chrono-minutes.
- * The chrono-hours 1-12 are measured on a rotating disc at 6 o'clock.
- * The chrono-seconds are read using a small 3-arm pointer at 6 o'clock.
- * The date display are located in a small window at 3 o'clock.
The hand and hours indexes are provided with glowing stripes in order to increase the readability.
