Titanium carbide

Titanium carbide is a watch material.

Tough titanium-carbon compound, which is obtained by sintering titanium powder and graphite. Titanium carbide has the highest hardness of all carbide types normally used (for instance tungsten). The substance is also used as a coating of watch cases.
