The German watchmaker Martin Braun combines in his models the focusses Haute Horlogerie and astronomy. Typical functions are equation of time, sunrise and sunset times, declination (as special rarity) and moon phase.
The watchmaking of Martin Braun in 2007 became part of the Franck Muller project Watchland. Famous models and model series are EOS, Boreas, Heliozentric, Astraeus, Notos and Selene.
Discrepancies with the Watchland Group caused the name giver of the company, Martin Braun, in September 2009 to withdraw from the company. He works now for the brand Antoine Martin and again has created …
